This is a DVD based program incorporating Aerobics, Pilates, Strength Training and more. Monday 7:30-8:30 p.m., Wednesday 7:00-8:00 p.m. Get fit spiritual and physically. Please join us!

If you have weights (whatever size you are comfortable with) and a mat for doing floor exercies, please bring those with you.

Please bring weights and if you have a mat you can bring that for pilates workout.

This will be our workout schedule until the end of the year and we will have a new workout DVD's for the New Year!
